  • A valid proof of product delivery (such as make a video, order ID, invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

          The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., plants)

  • Items purchased under final sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

💰 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

🔁 Replacements & Exchanges

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Don’t worry – we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Just contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
